Thank you for your purchase from KANZ. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us according to the conditions below.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a refund, you must request and return the product within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. It must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

If the return is caused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific shipping cost will depend on the courier or shipping company chosen by the customer.

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer will not be required to bear the return shipping fee.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please contact our customer service team through our Support Center to obtain the correct return address and return instructions.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

After receiving the return address, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Your return shipment may be free of charge in some cases. If the reason for the return is not the result of an error by KANZ, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

After receiving your returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your return, refund, or exchange.

Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your returned item for us to process your return or exchange.

Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company or payment provider.

We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

EXCHANGES

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us through our Support Center so we can review your case and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable items;
  • Intimate or personal-use items;
  • Gift cards;
  • Custom or personalized items;
  • Digital products.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.

The store does not limit the number of days to cancel an order, provided that the order has not been shipped yet.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you may request a return according to this Return Policy.

After an order is placed, we usually process the order within 2 to 3 business days.

PLEASE NOTE
